Sarpsborg waste-to-energy plant (named Sarpsborganlegget in Norwegian) is located at Borregaard Industries area in Sarpsborg. This is a step-by-step guide how to deliver waste to the plant. It is very important that all drivers follow this description.

1. Drive to gate C at Borregaard Industries (not the main entrance to Borregaard). Deliveries can be done Monday–Friday between 7 a.m. and 7
p.m. if you have an entrance card. If you do not have an entrance card, deliveries must be done between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
2. Follow signs to building 7/ Østfold Energi after passing through gate C.
3. The car must be weighed before delivering. Drive on to the weight, use the entrance card to identify the car and drive
towards the plant.
4. Use the control panel on the right-hand side to open the gate and reverse into the hall.
5. The gate must be closed completely during emptying of the car. The gate must also be closed after the delivery.
6. The car must be weighed after the delivery. Drive on to the weight, use the entrance card to identify the car and take
the receipt.
7. Leave by gate C.
